Dive Pembrokeshire UKpredator

The Secret Waterway, Skokholm & Skomer Island.
Pembrokeshire's Marine Reserve.

One hour day or evening river trip available.

A one hour boat trip up the river to Llangwm and back. Sit and enjoy this leisurely stroll up river where the river meanders along passing many places of interest.

We will pass Lawrenny heading up river to the fork of the Eastern and Western Cleddau. You can, on a high tide reach Haverfordwest, where the river narrows to no more than 10 metres wide in places.

Listen to stories of coal mining that took place under the river and the collaspe at Llanshipping that killed many men and children. See where the author and jockey, Dick Francis used to live, the farmhouse nestling in the countryside.

Llanwrenny has been award best kept village many times, and has also produced Wales's only Grand National winner. A nudist camp is situated not far up the river. Again on a high tide you can reach Cresswell Quay, where many grade 2 listed buildings can be seen.

We will also pass where the SSS Warrior use to be kept, the UK's first Iron clad vessel to be built and is now fully restored in Portsmouth harbour.

We sail under the Cleddau bridge which collapsed during its construction due to a faulty design.

The tour is full of stories of many kinbridgeds, you will find it both informative and interesting.

Also a one hour trip available leaving Neyland Marina, usually every Thursday or Wednesday at around 17.30 to 18.00. Refreshments are supplied on board as you sit back and enjoy this beautiful river.

Neyland Marina has free car parking, with toilets, cafe and a bar all serving meals. Enjoy a pint or two on your return, sitting at the bar overlooking the marina, what could be a better end to your trip.
